Back from the honeymoon - and ready to make thewho.net the BEST Who site on the net again. Competition from thewho.com will make thewho.net even better than its ever been!

Now I want/need YOUR help!!!

Tell me, specifically, what you would like to see at thewho.net! What forums should I create here? Are you seeing any "problems" with the site.

The saying goes "if you build it, they will come". I'm doing my best to build something worth visiting. What do you want to see to get you to come back more often? Smile

I plan to put up a link on thewho.net page in the next week to begin gathering more users. I hope in the mean time we can generate some ideas to help me make thewho.net better than it is! Tell me what you think!!!

Sincerely,

Scott C. Smith

Hello!

Kinda new here, but I will say I have been lingering for a while, even before the site was changed. I think it's a wonderful site and I was wondering if you're going to get the Picture Archive up again? It was a fantastic collection you had there.

Anyway...great job! Congratulations!

If your talking about the site, its been here "forever" Smile over 10 years. I created O&S in August 1996, and thewho.net followed the next year.

If your talking about my wife, its also been "forever" Smile We met at the 1998 London Who Convention. Some people think it's hard to keep a long distance relationship going - but we are proof that is possible - it just takes LOVE and some patience! Smile

Thanks for your interest. I am planning on bringing back the Photo Archive, as well as a couple of other things that were on the old site.

I am working on a couple of other things first, but I'll get to that next!

Although I've now got more "free time", I've also got several new things taking my time Smile This week will see little progress on the site as we are moving into our first real home TOGETHER. We've been living in my tiny apartment since the wedding, but now have the keys to our first apartment that will be OURS. We're very excited Smile The only "problem" is that I'm having to move utilities, including cable (internet) and the new place, unbelievably, has never had cable! I could be without internet access for a week or more. I'll still get online at the in-laws or at the nearby mall - but it might limit the amount of updates I get done until my new service is installed.

In the mean time - if you want to see the old pages - go to: beta.thewho.net/pictures/

Congrat's again and thank you so much for giving me the old link!
