Venue: Studio Recording: Soundboard Comments: This could be Hiwatt's attempt to sell off remaining copies of the 5 CD set Pete Townshend: Genuine Scoop(CD)(Hiwatt GS6575-ABCDE) or they're trying to make portions of this set more available to those collector's who won't or aren't able to purchase the entire set at a premium cost. Information I've been able to gather indicates that this is closely coupled with the previous P.T. Demos CDs (listed above) and does not include later demos from the Who By Numbers or Who Are You LPs. When I played this CD in my CD player, the title displayed as "The Genuine Scoop [Disc 3]" and is identical track for track with CD 3 of the PT Genuine Scoop CD listed above. The track listing is also very similar to The Genius of Pete Townshend Volume One (Jigsaw Puzzle)(CD) (Hiwatt). Regardless of how you view it, the sound quality is excellent.
