On the 2019 Moving On! tour, starting at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA, on 6 Sept. 2019, Pete Townshend used a 1962 Epiphone Coronet guitar for Behind Blue Eyes only.

This guitar features one dog-eared P-90 pickup, cherry red finish with white pickguard, Kluson tuners and nickel stop tailpiece.

This guitar was sold by Willie’s American Guitars in St. Paul, Minnesota, for $5,595 to Pete.

On the current Who tour I tried a Coronet on “Behind Blue Eyes” and it really sang. But I need to equip one with the piezo bridge pickup I like to combine with the regular pickups.
